Groupon use to be my favorite for deals but nowadays I also use its competitors. But I still check my daily Groupon email for deals this are great if you are looking for home decor or date night ideas

Terrible customer service. They do not have any offices in NZ. It is all outsource in another country so you are dealing with a call centre that only follows a script and you can never have a real solution. You ask to talk to a manager but it does not help at all.

Groupon seems now become less flexible. having issue with prezzy card payment. customer service seems hard to deal with. lots of their deals just repeat every week.

Love groupon! Over the years they have given me opportunities for huge savings when booking things for my family! Date night has not been so affordable and getting out of the comfort zone and trying new things. Never had a bad experience with groupon. Recommend your first stop if looking for activities and trying something new.

Love their website and the deals.I have been buying their deals pretty much everyday and they have special discounts to buy products/services at a very good price.
