Caught the ferry feom Birkenhead to town last month. Facilitieseither side were nice and the wait wasn't too long for the next ferry. Reasonable prices to travel amd so handy to get off right in the cbd. Was a great day to take the ferry. Was a bit choppy but the kids loved the bumpy ride.

Took the kids for a day trip to Waiheke Island, Ferry was on time both there and back. The kids loved it and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I used my AT HOP card to get my ticket a few dollars cheaper. Good day out with kids

Love the ferry's in Auckland. They always seem to run on time, have plenty of space and we get a nice view of the harbour on a good day. The price of tickets are reasonable and it's nice to have the option of a snack or drink if you want.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The ferry terminals are kept clean, and the staff are very helpful with pointing you in the right direction wnd answering any questions you might have. I had a good experience with the ferry being on time and clean and tidy.

We went over to devonport and back on ferry. Service at sales was friendly. Comfortable ferry. Would definately do it again!
