I had used their ferry service once with a one-way ticket up to Waiheke Island for a long weekend recently. Their staff are friendly and the ride between Auckland to Waiheke is smooth. The ferry has free wifi and its onboard cafe has some food and drinks for those needing a wee bite to eat while the ferry gets to its destination. I recommend Fullers for those wanting to come by to Waiheke Island for the weekend anytime.

Helpful staff and comfortable on time services to Waiheke and back. Great to have food and drinks on board to enjoy too

Very reliable, always on time (may be too much:) I missed it several time being 2 minutes late), staff is always friendly and smiling

I catch the ferry to & from work everyday. It's a lovely way to get to work & an even better way to end the day. The staff are always friendly, happy & say hello. I've not had a late running service yet (moved to NZ 2 months ago)

Always rely on Fullers for Ferry crossing, found them reliable and on time. You can save a lot if you book their "Hot Seat" special deal online, Auckland to Waiheke/Rongitoto $20 return..!
Vessels are kept clean and tidy most of the time and staff always friendly!
