      Good reliable services, but more expensive than other modes of travel. The boats are quite comfortable and fairly modern, with food and drink in board. Staff are friendly and helpful.

      Excellent service, from both the customer service desk and the ferry staff. We were totally lost about how the AT hop cards worked and they sorted this for us. Amazing views from the ferry of the harbour and less than $15 for a round trip to devonport.

      We often take visiting family across to the city on the Ferry, sometimes from Devonport and sometimes from Birkenhead. Its just something different for us to do and its a treat. The staff have always been very friendly. Don't have anything negative to say about Fullers.
