We had a nice day trip to Waiheke from the Viaduct, staff were very helpful with boarding and departing.

The perfect and cheap entertainment for my grandchildren. I like taking them for a ride into the city, they enjoy the scenery and love to use their imaginations while on the ferry, imagining all the different types of sealife underneath the boat. The trips are short and sweet, and not expensive at all.

Easy to book, can just book online and then just use your phone to show the ticket. Fast service with lovely staff, like the coffee from the onboard café. Facilities on the boats are nice and they are well set-up. Enjoyed our boat ride.

Good sailing today with calm waters. Staff were friendly front ticket office to on the boat. Appreciate off island fares.

Had to work in the Auckland office recently but was staying with family on the North Shore. They suggested I take the ferry across to avoid the traffic. The Borkenhead ferry terminal was easy to find. Parking was ok alrhough I was there very early. I saves so much time catching the ferry amd I enjoyed this form of transport so much more than taking the car car or bus.
