My experiences with them has always been bas so that I now wont buy from online stores which use this courier. My last parcel was attempted to be delivered twice without a card being left and 10 days apart (the 2nd time 4 weeks after I ordered the item), so I didn't know and couldn't ring to arrange delivery. I was then rang to pick up the parcel and they refused to deliver a 3rd time. The girl on the phone was not the least bit sympathetic to my complaint and didn't put me through to the supervisor of the drivers.

terrible service starting from courier which doesn't deliver, through customer service sending you to wrong depots ending on rude and unprofessional staff in the depot - too lazy to put the status of delivery in the system.

Our local Aramex Courier tends to always be on time with the parcels for our own Trade Me orders, it's so much easier than having to take it to the Post Shop - you simply just put the parcel outside for the couriers to pick it up when they come.

Service depends on who is doing the run - had an amazing delivery driver a few months ago, new person not so good (leaves in mailbox all the time). Reliable courier but hit and miss on quality of service.
