City Motor Group

Seemed very professional and we were sold! Purchased our car - subject to an AA Report which we paid for. The report mentioned a few things which needed fixing, one being the gas in the air-conditioning needed to be topped up. City Motor Group assured us they would get this done, they also said they would put a band expander on the radio. We purchased the car, very happy! As we drove out we realised the band expander had not been done, so my husband rung them the following day to which they replied - "we don't do that and never said we would". We have since had the air-conditioning stop working as they obviously did not top up the gas as required. I am very very disappointed as they clearly did not follow through with what they were required to do and promised they would do. We have now had to pay for this to be fixed. BE AWARE, THEY LIE!

Have been to this car yard twice in the past few months to view and test drive potential cars. Sales person I dealt with is not to pushy and was very helpful. Offices are well maintained and modern.

Good options of vehicles, very reasonable prices. Trade in also option. Very helpful staff to ensure we recieve the right vehicle for us. They offer good finance options.

Nice enough guy but really not interested in the lower end budget we were looking for

Couldnt be happier....City Motor Group found the exact vehicle I wanted in Japan and much to my surprise had it in NZ less than 3 weeks later!
It was delivered in showroom condition with a brand new stereo.
They have staff on the ground in Japan who ensure the very best vehicles are bought.
I would have no hesitation in recommending City Motors to my friends, family and colleagues.
