They offer a lowest price guarantee, but unfortunately they make the process so painfully slow, it is just not worth the wait and hassle while they check a competitor's pricing. The lady behind the service counter at this Mt Wellington branch was to blame for this. It is like she was reluctant to offer a lower price, even though it was proven to be lower at another DIY store nearby on Lunn Ave. They need to be constantly reminded of their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Bought some resin here. Shelves were a bit messy and it was difficult to find what I was looking for. Counter staff were nice.

Good location for daily household items. variety of products for electrical, bathroom, landscaping and building jobs. Good tools and equipments available for DIY household jobs.

Awesome store loads of parking great layout friendly staff, large range of products. I most shop in the trade side and this store has a very large drive in area. would shop here more regularly if it was closer to where I live. Always loads of bargains.
