I came into the store with a warm welcome by friendly stuff, looking for hardware that may help with solving my problem and got no clue on what to get, then I approached the friendly stuff to get some advice, they guided me to the right products and explained every single step of how to get the job done properly. Then I asked questions, they answered with great patience, and eventually I went out the store with a friendly 'goodbye'.

Going to this store is more about shopping, it's also about feelings of being valued no matter how small or big you are going to spend, and besides it's invaluable that you can also learn things from professionals.

Love this store for my household/hardware needs.
Perfect for when I'm in a pinch for tools/hardware also.
Really large selection in a very large store.
Prices are reasonable.
Staff have been quite helpful although sometimes it can be a challenge to find an employee in certain sections so can be a little annoying to have to walk back to customer service.
All in all a good hardware store that serves my hardware needs.

I love the garden section here. Always so many beautiful plants and at great prices. Staff here can be very helpful and friendly, or very unhelpful and rather rude. Depends on who you get!
