Amazing!!!! The food was the best Japanese we have EVER had, will be telling all our friends and
family about this wee gem.
Don’t waste your time by going to any other Japanese places, this is by far the best in town.

Highly recommend this spot. Tiny and cosy, staff are friendly and food is authentic. So far the best japanese I've had in auckland good prices too

Recently upgraded inside and outside. Friendly Owner and wait Staff. A good menu with lots of variety good prices. BYO too as well as Licensed. Closed Monday and Public Holidays

We chose Banzai based on reviews when we were in the area and were not disappointed. It was a fantastic experience: we loved the freshly made dumplings, rice dish and most of all the sushi. We even ordered another sushi which was beautifully presented as well as delicious. We left overall pleased, thank you - also grateful for the sweet staff.

The room is simple, straightforward. The dress code is relaxed. Then there is the food, quite outstanding!
