Banzai Restaurant

I was amazed by the restaurant. It is very cozy and often busy. The service is great and the staff very friendly. I had the salmon and it was so fresh and so delicious. My friend had the tonkatsu and it was perfectly cooked.

Not only is it some of the best Japanese food in Auckland, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. My favourite dishes are the Karaage chicken, which is a delicious deep fried chicken with a dipping sauce, as well as the tempura prawns & vegetables. Not to mention the miso soup, which is the best that I have ever tried, it is sweet and has yummy soft dumplings inside it. Bonzai is still my go to for a reasonably priced meal that never disappoints.

Great tasty Japanese food for any night of the week. Took a little while to get our meals because they were super busy, but when they came they were enjoyed very much. Great prawn dishes options.Here I saw the best vegan options I've ever seen at a Japanese restaurant and on Dominion road.

Great, cheap food. Friendly and attentive staff. Have been here many times over the past few years and have never been disappointed!
