It is almost impossible to get through to the call centre. Applications to open a basic bank account are continually returned. This cannot be good for business.

Good bank with good service when needed. Like the app.

Recent changes in BNZ policies have made it difficult for us to achieve what we need from our banking. We got there in the end but with poor communication and a week of phone tag. Not the staff's fault, it's just how they are running.

Great bank to deal with set me up on phone banking within 5 minutes staff member that helped me brilliant
