Opened KiwiSaver and insurance at BNZ. Staff member who helped us was great, really friendly and took her time to go through all the information thoroughly to make sure we understood. Highly recommend coming in here - amazing service

good customer experience, but just waited too long when I was in the bank like other bank

Recent changes in BNZ policies have made it difficult for us to achieve what we need from our banking. We got there in the end but with poor communication and a week of phone tag. Not the staff's fault, it's just how they are running.

Our everyday banking with bnz. Nice bank good service. Fast online services.

Good bank in terms of reward. Just need to change their security & verification method. That is too complicated.
