Auckland Zoo

I absolutely love going to the zoo, with all the exciting opportunities provided for young children. I find the unique range of animals to be quite interesting and educational. The premise is kept clean to a high standard, and they have a cafe and playground for lunch breaks throughout the day.

Went there one month ago with my mum. The tiger was so active running around and we were able to see the kiwi bird running just in front of the glass which made us very excited. We also saw red pandas, they were extremely cute. There were less animals than we went a few years ago as I remembered.

Great place to spend half a day. Great exhibits. Good events venue as well.

Awesome day out! Haven't been for 3 years and the changes are amazing!! Saw every animal too!

Great zoo with lots of gorgeous animals, easy to walk around with a pram and also easy for kids to walk around. Always clean and tidy. Love the Auckland Zoo.
