Auckland Zoo

I love bringing the little ones here. We had a great time and it was very busy so get here early for a parking spot. Kids loved the Kiwi house and the bird canopy. Good to see the old dragon still there. Will consider getting the family pass as pretty good value and we go alot. Also the online price is better as well.

Really enjoyed our time at Auckland Zoo! The Meerkat tunnels were really cool and the Rhino's were amazing! The Zoo is really spread out and there is so much to see. Would need more time than we had as it's a great experience! The café was nice too with good coffee!

Love visiting the zoo, we do it often and have an annual pass so works out pretty cheap as long as you go a lot. They are constantly updating the areas at the zoo but you can’t really beat visiting the animal at all ages. It can get quite busy during the school holidays.

We really enjoy taking our children to the zoo, 5 & 2 but a lot of distruption at the moment due to upgrades and re-design which is going to be great when complete. Good for a day out, regardless and family pass is good value.

If you are planning to go to the Auckland Zoo, it's best to plan as a day trip, as there are a lot of animals to see, with different activities, such as feeding, going on throughout the day. Overall, the Auckland Zoo is a great place for children and adults.
