Good customer service in Auckland council and they are helpful and solve the problems of customers in so many ways.
Water supply and rubbish service is very good service from them.

I called the council for a basic change of address today. The call was answered quickly and the issue felt with really efficiently. I was expecting it to be much more difficult so was pleasantly surprised. Staff lovely and friendly too!

Auckland Council is very good when it comes to communication. When there is an event going on in town, we are all the time advised on time. They have also great farm days each years in Ambury park, it is all the time awesome.
