The Auckland Council Call Centre is so helpful. I rung because I was annoyed about the state of the water feature outside our local Library. It was full of rubbish and looked disgusting. I was moaning to a friend about it and she told me to stop moaning and do something about it....... so I did!! I called the Auckland Council, they took the details, and one week later, I've noticed that the water feature is sparkling clean and looks awesome again. The council cops a lot of flack, but after this, I think they're doing alright! :-)

Thank you to this body called Auckland Council for maintaining this super city Auckland so nicely and taking care of all Aucklanders, well almost.

Recently contacted the Auckland Council for repair of recycling bin lid. Spoken with Richard and what a great person he was to dealt with and solving the problem. He updated my details as well in the database. People like Richard makes Auckland Council proud.
