I am taking away one star only because they did not explain to me in detail the process otherwise they did take of everything and left my place clean. The restoration process was smooth and very professionally done.

We are so glad we found Auckland Carpets Steam & Dry! Eric and Anthony saved the day. We were in a totally stressful situation and they immediately came to our rescue created a calming influence and got the water out of our house in an expeditious manner. Thank you very much guys!

These guys were awesome. Was able to get an appointment about a week out. Very professional, nice, and worked with us to find the best solution for our dirty upholstery. Will use again.
