Eric did a phenomenal job! Our carpets look so fresh and new after having several renters. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs their carpets cleaned quick and the right way!

I assisted my mom in reaching out to Auckland Carpets Steam & Dry Flood restoration service due to a water heater leak that flooded a couple rooms. Gave them a call and they came right away. Set up their equipment and within a few days came and picked them up. The workers were very prompt and professional. This guys were able to extract the water and prevent mold right away. Overall very content with their services, will definitely recommend

It's been a year since the last time I called this company to come and clean my carpet. So I called them last week and as before the lady who answered my call was very friendly and knowledgeable. The booking took less than a minute. Philip and Eric came exactly at the time we scheduled and did a fantastic job on carpet cleaning. I'm very happy with the service I received. Definitely call them again next year for my annual cleaning.

Hands down best carpet cleaning company in Auckland. No joke! We had our carpet deep cleaned this week and it was probably the best decision we made. Our home (not to mention we have 3 cats) is so much fresher and our carpets never looked this clean. Definitely recommend to everyone!

I have had a very bad year with water. In Feb I had a pipe freeze and break and destroyed a large portion of my house. Eric and Gavin came out to do the clean up. They were prompt, professional, courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. They did a great job and I was very happy with their work and the communication I had with Rose. Thanks!
