A really amazing pet store with a great variety of animals that the kids can look at and play with

I love that animated now does not sell pets and they don't sell bags to carry pets around because it's not good for them. Animated is becoming very responsible.

Animates staff are normally quite lovely but everything is so expensive and a week before Xmas they put their prices up

Great range of products and excellent service. Even had a lovely staff member help us with a dog house on closing time.

Certainly cant fault the staff here - they are always helpful and are knowledgeable about their products. if they don't know, they ask a staff member who does. They clearly love their jobs.
