Great staff that are always very helpful. Products can be quite pricey but most pet stuff is!

Can be a bit pricey but they have a great range of items and pets. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products stocked.

Animates staff are normally quite lovely but everything is so expensive and a week before Xmas they put their prices up
