The coffee was very smooth and we really enjoyed our breakfast dishes - salmon hash and the pumpkin salad. The menu was quite extensive. We were lucky to get a bay window seat and had the sun on our backs

Not sure the first time review was published or not. Just tried to recommend this lovely and friendly cafe to all tourists.

Altar Cafe has a fairly extensive menu with the classic brunch items as well as express menu and cabinet food. Inside and outside seating offered. Staff were lovely and attentive. We got Seafood Risotto and Moroccan Chicken. Food was not bad taste-wise but were bit disappointed with portion size for its price.

Bit expensive but when you get your food on table, you would surprise best presentation.
