Welcome to the BurgoyneBNB with all the comforts & amenities of a stylish townhouse near Ponsonby and K Rd. Although being on the city fringe, we are nestled away from the main road so it is nice and quiet.

Conveniently located near many public transport options and the popular shopping and entertaining districts of Ponsonby and the Bohemian culture of K' Road. A short 20-30min walk to the CBD means there is something for everyone.

In 2017 The BurgoyneBNB has expanded into offering and can now book many tours and attraction tickets for guests.

Guest access

As a guest will have access to the entire townhouse, except for the other bedrooms. Feel free to use all the amenities which include washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances, and and large BBQ on the balcony. You will also have access to the TV and blu-ray player, unlimited Ultra Fast Broadband, Netflix, Lightbox, and a large DVD/Blu-ray collection. Feel free to use the lounge, balcony, and kitchen areas on level 1 at any time.

The BurgoyneBNB offers two rooms

Inner City Getaway
Private room on the ground floor of a 3 story townhouse. The room has a double sized futon bed with foam mattress. The ensuite bathroom has a brand new toilet, small vanity and a great shower. Toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. There are a number of maps and brochures on the side table for things to do around Auckland. There is a bean bag chair for reading and relaxing. The chest of drawers and the small desk are there for you to use if you wish.

Urban Garden Bedroom with a View
Private room with 2m high windows on the top floor of a 3 story townhouse. The room has a queen sized bed and side tables. There is a deep closet for clothes and storage. The room also has an Eco heating panel for cold nights. Extra bedding is avalible. The bathroom is shared with my partner and I. Towels, soap, and other bathroom essentials are provided.

Other things to note

Matt is in his early 30's, works in media and can sometimes work crazy hours. Chris is in his mid-late 20' and works in IT. He usually works from home. We are a gay friendly house.

Heaven's Rest Bed and Breakfast is nestled in a rural setting at Auckland's southern border. We provide boutique, inexpensive accommodation for up to 12 people near local attractions like Pukekohe Park Raceway, Karaka Pavillion or award winning restaurant Bracu. You can choose between two spacious and sunny wings in our farmhouse or our cozy and private cabin. With access to the Southern Motorway just around the corner and Auckland Airport only 30 minutes away we are perfectly situated for everyone who wants to experience Auckland without the hustle and bustle of big city life and for those traveling south.

You can browse through thousands of listings to find the perfect activity for your kids, whatever their age or interest. Ultimate Care Bishop Selwyn is one of the largest Ultimate Care sites and offers a mixture of villas, studios and a range of care levels in our rest home and hospital. A day care programme also operates from Monday to Friday in our rest home. Our facility is well-established in the community where it has a fabulous reputation for its care. Well situated, we are within a short distance of the city and local malls. We have a tranquil garden setting with many restful areas for friends and family to use. Our bird aviary attracts a lot of attention and is enjoyed by both residents and families.

The village features 8 x 1 bedroom villas, 21 x 2 bedroom villas (most with internal access garages) and 15 studios. Weekly outings and weekly shopping trips are organised for villa residents. Village residents are also able to join in other entertainment at the care facility.
