Early Childhood on Stafford was established in September 2003 by Sue Ballantyne and Russell Ballantyne whom both were early childhood qualified teachers with a dream to provide a safe environment that allows children to build confidence and develop their personalities. As an alternative quality education and care service for babies in trained Educarers homes, it is the aim of Bizzy Buddyz to have a Home Based Care organisation that provides quality care for children with quality Educarers and resources.

Our trained Educarers are experienced in providing an environment where your child is valued and their needs recognised. Educarers aim to help children grow up as competent, confident learners and communicators. 

They also provide activities such as play dough, paints, collage, books, puzzles, sand and water play, thereby enhancing the child's learning and development by expanding on these experiences, while following Te Whariki, the NZ Early Childhood Curriculum.
