Credentials

Dion Neill commenced his career in the New Zealand security and investigation industry in 1987. Dion was one of the original directors of Wellington Investigations Limited and spent many years as a contractor to a number of private investigation and security companies, prior to establishing his nationwide trading entities, The Neill Group and Protective Services.

In the 1980's, Dion was a member of an investigation and surveillance team employed to investigate a major organised theft syndicate operating within a national business over many years. As a result of Dion's evidence, several offenders were convicted in the High Court of New Zealand (Dion survived cross examination by the late Mike Bungay QC).

Dion Neill was one of the first licensed private investigators in New Zealand to carry out investigation assignments for the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC), New Zealand's government owned accident and injury insurance agency. Dion is a former Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with a number of recognised qualifications including a Diploma of Security & Risk Management and certificate in investigation skills awarded by the Royal New Zealand Police College - Aotea Training Services.

Dion featured in the popular television series, 'Private Investigators' and interviewed on the TVNZ breakfast show regarding protecting high-profile people. Dion has spent over 30 years conducting security operations, serving legal process, recovering assets, managing undercover operations and personally carrying out hundreds of investigations throughout New Zealand and worldwide.
