In conjunction with Resource & Hire Ltd, we now have ability to supply rock suitable for use as rip rap ex our Mataroa source or delivered to site. The rock meets the requirements as per Greater Wellington Regional Council Specification, for density and absorption, abrasion resistance and soundness. Rock will be sorted to the required grading.

Rental appraisals, letting properties, tenant screening (checking tenants with landlord references, credit checks and tenancy tribunal cases). Organising refurbishments to make the property more inviting. Suggesting ways to improve your investment. Dealing with qualified tradesmen when required to complete necessary maintenance issues.

Full and final inspections are included. Online payments. Rates and mortgages can also be taken care of. Represent the owner at court hearings if need be. We have a very good crew of qualified tradesmen that we use or you can assign your own. Statements are completed bimonthly and monthly and are sent out electronically or by mail. Inspections are done every 3-4 months and reports sent out electronically.
