<p>At Aluminium Extrusion Co- Anodising Division, we specialise in profile and extrusion anodising, as well as anodising of smaller components and parts, and 25 micron marine Anodising. Anodised aluminium surfaces are extremely hard-wearing and abrasion resistant and provide corrosion protection. We run two plants, one capable of decorative finishes through organic dies, generally used for interior applications, in silver, gold, pewter, bronze, and champagne finishes. Maximum lengths of 3 metres. Our larger line, is capable of lengths of 6+ metres, and full marine grade anodising up to 25 micron thick, in silver, champagne, through to bronze &amp; satin black. At Aluminium Extrusion Company, we specialise in running small and difficult profiles that other extruders can't.

Small complex shapes, thin walled sections, or difficult deep profiled channels are our specialty. We run a smaller press than other New Zealand extruders, offering the advantages of a higher level of precision with small profiles, significantly lower initial set-up costs, and making smaller orders possible.

Initial set-up costs for custom shapes can be only a few hundred dollars, and production runs can be less than a dollar per metre.
