KEITH LANE AND ROSIE LANE  The Gearbox Factory has been a husband and wife run family owned business for 30 plus years.  In February 2020 Keith Lane was however unfortunately killed in a tragic accident.  The company is still being run by Rosie Lane, supported by a dedicated and loyal staff, over half who have been with her 10 plus years  (4 staff over 20 plus years).
