Over the last 5 years, we have been helping local families adapt or create their own unique homes including new builds, renovations and life-style homes. We can help the clients with the project starting early in the design stages and we work closely with a number of architect¿s, to make sure your design will fit within your budget. We are also proud of licensed Master Builder and the new homes we build are covered by 10-Year Master Build Guarantee.

°         Land development and Subdivision Services:

The key difference Wonderland Construction offers from other construction firms is that we provide a full range of subdivision services and has built relationships with other consultants, local Councils, utility providers and contractors to ensure efficient service is provided to the clients. We are experienced in different subdivision projects including separating a single piece of land into two or multiple properties like townhouse or apartment.
Because we offer a full contract service and we directly employ builders ¿ we don¿t just subcontract all work out, our experienced technical staff and licensed builders (LBPs) including carpenter team, plumber, foundation team and landscapers can be called upon from our wide group employee base.

Besides, the pre-start documents we provided, including the formal Building Contract, Specification, Claim Schedule and Project Calendar, are used by BNZ as a demonstration which is delivered to the clients who is applying for commercial loan on their projects. So far, the acceptance rate of client¿s commercial loan application is 100%.   

Most importantly we underpin everything we do with outstanding communication. We implement all-in-one project management mobile app for our clients that allows to track the project anytime and anywhere.
