On the 15th November, I called you guys because right in the middle of moving house my car would not start, you came up Carrington Road to where my car was, put your jump start pack on and it turned over, you said it was the battery and that I would need a new one. I came got my car later that day, paid my bill in full $328.74, and was very relived it started and I could continue with my move. The very next day it started dying on the outskirts of Waitara, I made it down to the main street of waitara and -phoned my nephew, who came and jump started it again, He suggested I book it into the auto electricians, Im without my car for another day, Alternator pully and belt... another $300. He told me to ask you for my old battery, which incidentally I got charged up fully now, I asked for it and got it.
He also said I should ask you if you did the test on alternator, you said you had, but this does not show up on you bill. I feel like you fobbed me off... and yes ripped me off too. Im not happy, no return business from me and certainly no glowing recommendations. Celeste Batten
Got a pre-purchase inspection done. They completely missed things with the lights, brakes and muffler! They tried to fix the muffler and lights. We took it back to VTNZ for it's WOF again and they hadn't even fixed the muffler. My husband talked to them and it sounds like they weren't even in the right spot (even though VTNZ drew a big white arrow to it for them....). They can't inspect or fix cars. Don't ever go here.
