Poor service, slow, unclear and unacceptable costumer communication.
I ordered two Larsen cello strings from Virtuoso Strings. One of the strings was labeled wrong which was a manufacture mistake. I ended up with two A strings. Instead of getting a replacement right away while I'm sending the wrong string back I ended up in endless discussions. The communication was very confusing and complicated for me. I didn't get answers on time and at the end no answers at all. I got told they're receiving a lot of fraudulent emails, which made me feel like I've done something wrong. Once they received the wrong string it took another 2 weeks until I finally got the one I ordered. I did not get any apologies, they lied on the phone to us and decided just to hang up at some point.
It's impossible to treat costumers like that and I do not recommend them at all.
