I visited Virginia in March. I am still scarred from the third eyebrow Virginia "scratched" in the middle of my forehead which I now cover up with make up. Not to mention the pain with her was excruciating. Virginia tweezed out my entire eyebrow and tattooed a new one to my forehead using a stencil. I have had this procedure done elsewhere since with none of these issues. My complaint went to the beauty association who in turn were disappointed that there are no laws for cowboys like Virginia. They also responded "further to contacting Ms Scott the Executive Committee was compelled to make several recommendations based on your complaint.". Virginias take home instructions were from the 80s and I scabbed so badly that I nearly had an infection. Virginia walked out of the room multiple times because she was (quote) "getting annoyed with me" because I was "being so critical" of the uneven eyebrows from my first session with her. She also talked badly about other clients while I was there. I cried for weeks after this experience because she disfigured my face after I paid her $450. I thought I was going to a professional. I was naive. My advice is to stay away from this woman when she has a tattoo gun in her hand or live with the consequences like I am.
