Located in Albany on Auckland¿s North Shore is Ultimate Care Rosedale Village, a modern retirement village offering comprehensive care packages to those living in serviced apartments in a boutique village setting. The facility also incorporates a 34-bed private hospital.

Ultimate Care Rosedale provides accommodation in stylish contemporary property ranging from studio apartments to personal suites, offering single or double bedrooms and ground floor patios or upper floor balconies, all with full en suite facilities. Each apartment has a call button should any of our residents need immediate assistance. All levels of care can be supplied to apartments by our qualified, fully trained staff.

Our facility at Albany is designed to maximise sunlight to create a warm and bright atmosphere. It includes a hair salon, library, dining room, craft room and communal lounges. We also offer exercise equipment, laundry services, three meals a day and resident parking.
