Got my tyres done here around a month ago, cost was affordable and staff were friendly. The only downside was that when I rung to make an appointment they told me they weren't busy and just to come straight in, I did this and had to wait 2 and a half hours which I wasn't happy about, next time I will insist that they give me an appointment.
I was very happy with the service and staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. They finished the job in the required time. They repaired a puncture for free and washed my windscreen. I would highly recommend and will be definitely being going back.
I rang Tonys to get a price on tyres. I was given a price and thought that would be that (was a bit too much for what I could spend), did tyres elsewhere. Anyway, a couple of days later I get a message on the landline following up on what I wanted, fair enough at the time I guess (though I didn't have to give my name or number to anyone else just to get a price), I ignored it then 2 weeks later I get another message asking me to contact them etc, which was really annoying as I was obviously not going to go with them and did not expect to be rung back twice.
So, I rang to complain and to ask they not ring again because I got the tyres done elsewhere and the guy that answered the phone was very rude, didn't even apologize, then he hung up on me, while I was still talking, without even getting my name so that they knew who not to ring back!!! Not impressed.
If you have an unhappy customer this is not the correct way to deal with them!!! I will never ever consider using them in the future and will not recommend them to anyone else.
