Telecommunication Dispute Resolution (TDR) is a free, independent service to help consumers with complaints about their telecommunications company.
The TDR service is available to residential and small business (less than 20 full-time employees) customers of telecommunications companies.
You need to make the complaint to your telecommunication company first. If you're not happy with the outcome of your complaint, or it's been six weeks since you complained and there's still no solution, call TDR.

In July 2007 Dispute Resolution Services Ltd (now FairWay Resolution Limited) was appointed as the Scheme Agent to set up and manage the TDR service.
