iPhone In-Warranty Repairs¿

For repairs that are in-warranty, we do not require an assessment fee. If for what ever reason the iPhone is not covered by warranty or the device has been damaged and requires an out-of-warranty repair, Technology Centre will charge an assessment fee.

 

iPhone Out-Of-Warranty Repairs

Even if your device is outside of it's warranty Technology Centre can still offer service options to you.

 

iPhone Screen Repairs

If you need to replace your screen due to accidental damage or mishandling. Accidental damage isn't covered by the Apple warranty.
If your iPhone screen gets broken while it's still under warranty and you don't have AppleCare+ coverage.
If your screen stops working and your iPhone isn't covered by the Apple warranty, consumer law, or AppleCare+.

iPhone/ iPad/ iPod

Technology Centre can service your iPhone, iPad or iPod and related accessories in-store whether it is inside or outside of its Apple limited warranty. Out of warranty hardware, battery or physical damage issues can be rectified with either a repair or a replacement device for a service fee. Please contact us or drop in with the serial number of your device and we can advise on the best options available to you.

We strongly recommend running a backup of your device to iCloud or iTunes before visiting us and to make sure the Find My iPhone service has been switched off under your iCloud settings to make sure the book-in process is fast and efficient.

Migrations (come see us for a quote)

Upgrading from an old computer? Technology Centre can transfer data from your old Mac or PC to your new machine.

We can also move data from an old computer to a hard drive.

Computers for migrations are booked into our service department and the turn around time is typically 1-3 business days.
