Very upset as my queen electric mattress protector/blanket was left for cleaning. It has been supposedly given to someone else using my name two days before it was available. I even went in on the day it was to be ready and they hunted unsuccessfully for it. Back the next day and again a huge hunt without success. It was then they said it was not there because I had already collected it despite me having the receipt. Manager most unpleasant to deal with and offered nothing to me. I am pursuing the cost of replacement through the Disputes Court now. Cannot believe it has come to this. I would give minus star if I could.
