Had to ring twice for my taxi.
The first phone operator was really rude to me, just said the price to me and hung up straight away before I could even say thank you. No estimated time for taxi or instructions eg. Stand outside. Turns out the person did not order me a taxi. I waited outside for aprox 20 minutes in the wind before I called again.
The second guy was a nice person, sent me a taxi and taxi came 2 minutes later and the driver was pleasant.
First operator was your total let down.
First trip was from rest home to home. Taxi drove up and passenger left to get out on his own. Passenger 87 years old, quite frail and using a walking stick. Immediately fell from taxi and suffered two cracked ribs, several contusions and shock. Driver then got out and assisted to pick up the passenger and help him to the house.
Second trip was taxi booked for 8:15am for travel to SuperClinic for appointment at 8:45. Twenty five minutes late, taxi still hadn't arrived. Had to cancel surgery appointment. Reason given: "short of cars at that time of day."
