Very bad customer service. Made an appointment (2 weeks from now) to have alarm installed. Got a quote from another provider which was much cheaper. Opted for the best deal. Emailed Sterling security to notify of cancellation 3 days after scheduling an appoinment. The person said they had ordered the parts and I can't cancel. Its not as if they custom make the sensors for my house, they have it in stock already. He called me and verbally abused me. Made comments about my personality instead of trying to match the price of the other company. I should have listened to my gut instinct when he made disparaging remarks about another client when he came over to my place to scope. So from personal experience, I will not recommend.
Really happy with the service provided by Sterling Security. They responded to my request for a new alarm system in my house quickly and the alarm price was excellent for the level of equipment and the security it provides me. Really impressed they followed me up with a quick visit to check I was using it properly.
