At Sports Med Physiotherapy, Mike, Fiona and Justin have additional Post-Graduate qualifications and are Physiotherapy Providers for High Performance Sport New Zealand (HPSNZ), so you can be assured we will provide the latest physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation.  We believe that the Physiotherapist and the patient are a team, therefore there is an emphasis in our clinic of the patient being active in their rehabilitation.  

There is an expectation that even though we may only see you weekly or less, that you will complete the rehabilitation exercises we prescribe. After all, we want you to get back out and be active and pain free!
