- Feasibility study we may analyse your site for it's optimal use.
- Concept design we create your dreams and turn them into reality through concept plans and 3D computer modelling so that you can see the finished project before it's built from the brief
- Resource Consent frequently the project may fall outside the requirements of the district scheme, then we may work with the relevant Council and Town Planning Consultant for Resource Consent approval
- Building consents can be prepared with a comprehensive detailed drawing and specifications to obtain Building Consent
- Working drawings will be taken to the design stage where a builder can build it, and to obtain relevant council approval
- Tender drawings can be priced by several contractors to give you the best price
- Site observation we offer site observation to co-ordinate the building process with the client efficiently
- Interior Design we can design the interior concept including furnishings, finishes, and colours
- We can provide a comprehensive turn from early inception to completion incorporating all the aspects above.
- We use CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology for most of our drawings for 3D designs
- SHA are Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP) with Design Category 3 and members of ADNZ (Architectural Designers
New Zealand Inc.)
