I am writing to indicate my dismay and extreme disappointment with Safepower. We are at the very end of our house build have followed the correct process (with sufficient notice) to have power supplied to the house 08.12.2015. I called and spoke to Sally on the day to seek assurance that this was going to be carried out. We have since found out indirectly (form the builder) that this did not happen as there was some cable issue and no one was on site. At no stage were we informed and there were builders onsite at all times. We are moving into the house in 2 days time after nearly five years of being displaced from the earthquake. This has contributed to the considerable stress that we are already under form building. this is a simple communications issue as this could have been resolved earlier and with due respect given to the customer. There has been no resolve as I write this and we feel this is completely unacceptable.
