I took a watch to be repaired. After working on it they rang to say they hadn't been successful but suggested options I could take. When I went to collect it they wouldn't let me pay for the work they had done as they hadn't been successful. Where else would a craftsman not require payment for work undertaken. I will return.
Highly recommended company! They repaired my vintage watch CITIZEN just one day! And they have low prices! It sounds may be unbeleleivable, but it is fact! Unfortunately I have had two bad experiences, i always try and give a company a 2nd chance and go back just in case the first was "just one of those instances", but my 2nd experience was even worse. I had to wait 3 months for my watch to be prepared, I don't mind the waiting especially if the "part needs to come from overseas" what I did mind was the total lack of communication. I was the one doing all the following up and chasing not once did I receive a call or an apology and each time I called it was a very disinterested "we are still waiting" and "that's how long it takes" even when I finally did pick my watch up there was still no apology, discount or explanation.
