Good location, really liked the initial presentation of the place. We visited on Labour weekend so it was extra busy. It took well over an hour to receive our food and when mine arrived I found it to be small and it was gone within 5 minutes. It was nice though. A nearby table received all their mains at different times from each other so some were just getting theirs as others were finishing. I'm sure its not this bad usually though.
The meal wasn't bad - however we preferred this restaurant when it was owned by the previous people. Located opposite Pohara Beach and just down the road from the campground, it is in a prime location for tourists and campers. There's reasonable parking and the prices aren't too bad either. An average experience.
