The actual technical service was good, they had my repair done within 24hours. The customer service however was absolutely abysmal to the point that I was about to demand my deposit back. The front desk people answering the phones owe everything to their hard workers behind the scenes.
The customer support is terrible. I have brought a faulty equipment the day after the purchase. It took the guy as long as 30 mins to check the cables. He did not offer me a refund or an apology. All he could do (or was willing to do) is to replace the cables with the ones of similar quality. It took them less than 5 mins to sell the unusable stuff though. The company rep for some reason took it personally and made some childish and somewhat mean remarks on my toddler (waiting in the car with grandparents) being sort of my problem. This obviously didn't help to speed up the process. This is very disappointing to see such poor customer service nowadays. Such a waste of time.
