Very poor service. Was contacted about a windscreen replacement service that had been arranged and the young man appeared to have no idea how to speak to a customer. They arranged a time to come and replace windscreen and had still not turned up 2 hours after the arranged time. Had to phone back and arrange another appointment. Total let down and total waste of my time waiting around for someone to show up who never arrived!
