Love the stuff they have and everything but horrendous and disrespectful staff at their Westgate store.
Someone bought a few shirts for me and asked the lady if it's OK if I come back in a few days to exchange them in case the size isn't right. Lady said it'll be alright so she went ahead with the purchase.
Came back to the store in a week to change the shirt that didn't fit me right. First they denied to swap the size despite me telling them that their staff said it's OK for me to do so. Either way after a whole lot of waiting they allowed me to try the next size up but the shirt just had an uncomfortable cut so requested to swap it for another one. The woman I was talking to who started of nice and happy got real angry and upset after my request and started asking me all these questions like why it took me so long to come back to change it. Her tone completely changed after that.
At the end had to just take a different size of the shirt and they denied exchanging it.
Shopped at several other brands and never faced such an issue especially regarding exchanges. If it was a refund I would've understood but really.. An exchange on a shirt that's more expensive than the one bought before..
