Got them out to restring one blind which cost $60.
After completion of the job, I looked at my credit card to see they have charged me $125.
Phoned the compnay to ask about the overcharge, only to be told that this is for the call out fee and that I had been informed of this on my first phone call.
Why would I now dispute this if in fact I had agreed to the call out fee charge. Only reason, was that I had not been informed and this was a surprise to me. Company has no common sense to understand this and would not even agree that this could potentially happen.
I will never use this company again, due to their lack of information up front as wel as their aftersales attitude.
As with most businesses who operate a mobile service, Mr Sparkel covers its costs by charging a call out fee. Mr Sparkel customer services representatives are well versed in advising customers of this charge.
