Looking a little bit tired and run done, would be good if they brightened the place up a bit, the toilets were clean but the restaurant was a little bit unclean. Staff were friendly and there were plenty of napkins, utensils etc available. It wasnt too noisy which was good
A McDonald's which always needs a clean. It is in a good location and I use it to meet friends there or for an emergency late night feed. The toilets are a bit of a way in and spooky, they need to be renovated. Otherwise it is easy access in and out of Queen Street and really open.
This McDonald's is always very busy and as a consequence the place is usually quite dirty and floors and tables are often sticky which makes it not the nicest environment to eat food in. Also the layout of the store is a bit strange and you don't feel comfortable at all in here. However I do think that all my interactions with the staff have been very pleasant, and have been very understanding when I have food enquiries, even though the store is quite busy so that is the reason for my three stars.
This is a good McDonald's in a good, easily accessible location. However, because of the location, there are a lot of homeless people that camp out here. The service is good and efficient, but the environment could be cleaner and tidier.
Came in here around 11am last Sunday for a frozen drink, my jandals were sticking to the floors they were that sticky, absolutely disgusting it is not hard to get a mop out and clean your floors. Thank goodness i atleast had jandals on! On the up side they were fast to serve me my frozen drink but I dont think I'd return, if they arent capable of mopping a floor in the restaurant, what is their kitchen like..
