McDonald's Family Restaurants

There is one outside in the car park area by riccarton road and one in the mall. This is the one in the Westfield good court, I think people are getting confused. The food court McDonald's is ok. Always a huge que. You have to stand and wait for your order to the right. It's always real tight an awkward as its in the direct path of other people . Sometimes really hard to find a table.

Always long queues but thats because the food is tasty. Staff are really polite. They get your order ready fast.

I enjoy that McDonald's have the cafe now, so I can have the option of healthier food and good coffee while the grandkids have their happy meal,tends to be very busy, but to be expected,

Awesome playground and lots of seating in the play area but the service my last two visits has been so slow! As in waiting 15 mins to get food. They have the option of table service available here but there are never any numbers to take to use the service

Lovely big Mcdonalds . Plenty of parking. Staff are friendly. Great to have the self service machines- esp if queues are long. Kids love the playground.

Service is always quick and the park is great to keep kids entertained

Popped in here today for lunch great food and very friendly staff really good size store very busy but wasn't too long of a wait

A good spot to get a bite to eat while you're out shopping. Can be quite busy sometimes, making queues and waits long

Great McDonald's love stopping in for a snack while shopping love the $1 frozen Coke keeps the kids going, loving the monolopy game they have on at the moment and also love they now offer books as a great alternative to the toys if the kids don't want junky toys

Great family restaurant always lots of staff even if there is a huge line waiting they do there best to keep customers happy food is always hot and I love the play ground for the kids it's perfect for the whole family to hang out

Overall a good McDonalds to visit. I love McCafe and the booth seating.

food was quick to be served but the bathrooms were in need of a bit of a service but the restaurant was clean

It's not the cleanest McDonald's around. The kids play area has quite a bit of litter inside of it. There is quite a bit of seating, and it's very spacious. The staff are pretty friendly, and even at busy times the ques move quite quickly.

Friendly service even though they were very busy. Myself and children had to wait a while in the queue but that was because it was lunch time. Thanks

Large restuarant with great family area however it is usually not that clean in kids playground and around. theres a big wait in Line in weekends also and could do with more seating. never had a problem with customer service or food and theres lots of parking

Convenient that there's a drivethrough which is nice! And that it's not located in the mall makes it less busy. Coffee is great and food is generally quick!
